Hello Cassandra. No, I don’t have celiac disease, but I’m always looking for ways to eat healthier. Food is fuel for the body and mind. I love cooking and have been on a soup kick lately. The soups I choose to make this winter will help me better plan my garden next year, so I’ll have fresh, organic vegetables to throw in the pot. I make a large batch of soup when I cook. Whatever isn’t eaten gets put into mason jars (NOT filled to the top) in single servings and put in the freezer. If I want to eat soup, I just take the jar out of the freezer and put it in the fridge the night before. It’s a great way to ‘store’ the vegetables all winter.
